Rosco Dual Vision XC4 Continuous Video and Event Recording. I have many of these that were recently pulled from our fleet of trucks as we installed a new GPS system with integrated cameras. All are in working order. Note that the module is missing the connector. The Eternal IR module have some mounting adhesive residue.
